Among the new construction plot plans Blanchard Land Surveying can devise, we conduct ALTA surveys (otherwise known as American Land Title Assn) to show the relationships of existing improvements on a parcel of land relative to the boundaries defined by the deed.

We will locate the topographic features of the land including buildings, fences, roads, trees and any and all bodies of water.
